We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team at Northgate Apartments. Whether your experience comes from maintenance, construction, remodeling, painting, landscaping, or simply years of being the person who knows how to fix things, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep our apartment homes and community looking and functioning at their best. No two days are exactly the same. You may be preparing an apartment for a new resident, completing a repair, troubleshooting a maintenance issue, painting, working outside, or helping a resident with something in their home.
You’ll work alongside a supportive property team while having the independence to take ownership of your work, solve problems, and make a visible difference in the community every day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in maintenance, construction, remodeling, painting, landscaping, handyman work, or a related trade.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
- Basic knowledge of general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in where needed.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
- Able to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Someone who embodies our values of humility, integrity, caring, quality, and simplicity.

Schedule
Full-time
Available schedules include:
- Monday-Friday
- Tuesday-Saturday
Typical shifts:
- 8:00AM - 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Maintenance team members also participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies and assist with snow removal during winter weather.
