We’re seeking an energetic, customer service driven, and marketing savvy Leasing Agent to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate brings strong leasing skills, exceptional customer service, and the creativity to help drive traffic to our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospects warmly and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing experience
- Conduct property tours and highlight community features and benefits
- Manage leads, follow ups, and leasing activity using AppFolio
- Process applications, verify qualifications, and prepare leasing documents
- Support residents with renewals and service-related inquiries
- Assist with renewals and resident relations
- Maintain an organized, professional office environment
- Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction
- Work a weekly schedule of Thursday through Sunday
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required
- Experience using AppFolio or similar CRM software
- Sales-driven with excellent communication and closing skills
- Professional, positive, and team oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Weekend availability required
