The Opportunity
Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Roving Leasing Professional to support multiple apartment communities throughout the Dallas area.
This role is ideal for a motivated leasing professional who enjoys working with different teams, building relationships, driving occupancy, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
What You'll Do
- Conduct apartment tours and guide prospects through the leasing process
- Build relationships with prospective and current residents
- Follow up with prospects and help drive leasing and occupancy goals
- Prepare lease documents and maintain accurate resident records
- Support onsite teams with leasing and day-to-day operations
- Use Yardi Voyager and CRM tools to manage leasing activity
- Travel between assigned Dallas-area communities as needed
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and company policies
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Experience with Yardi Voyager and CRM software required
- Professional, energetic, and able to build rapport quickly
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable supporting multiple communities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and multiple weekdays
