โญ Key Qualifications
Candidates must have extensive experience managing multiple affordable and LIHTC properties in the South Florida market, along with the following:
ยท Demonstrated experience with Yardi affordable property management software
ยท A proven track record leading ground-up developments, executing successful lease-up strategies, and driving portfolio growth through construction or redevelopment phases
ยท A 4-year Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred
ยท Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
โ What You'll Do
As a Regional Property Manager, you will be at the helm of a dynamic portfolio, leading with vision and accountability:
ยท Champion property operations across the region, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and best practices
ยท Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence among Property Managers and site supervisors
ยท Serve as a key communication bridge between field operations and the Corporate Office
ยท Drive revenue performance by maximizing gross rent while minimizing vacancy and delinquency
ยท Lead smart financial decisions by controlling expenditures and approving purchases strategically
ยท Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends
ยท Develop and execute forward-thinking marketing strategies that keep properties competitive
ยท Directly supervise, mentor, and develop all Property Managers within the assigned region
ยท Uphold all supervisory responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws
๐ What You Bring
๐ Education
ยท A 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred, along with extensive LIHTC experience
๐ผ Experience
ยท Minimum 5 years of property management experience required, with at least 3 years of hands-on Yardi software experience
ยท Prior experience with tax credit and affordable LIHTC communities is essential
ยท Multi-site management and lease-up experience strongly preferred
๐ ๏ธ Skills & Certifications
ยท Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, including Yardi
ยท Detail-oriented with exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
ยท Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and EEO regulations required
ยท Self-starter who can independently prioritize and execute across a large portfolio
ยท Demonstrated strength in hiring, staff development, budgeting, marketing, and operations leadership
ยท Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus
ยท Comfortable with regular travel across South Florida to support properties on both coasts
ยท Valid Driver's License required
ยท LIHTC certification required; CPM designation preferred and highly valued
