Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is expanding its professional contractor network and seeking experienced General Handyman Technicians, Property Maintenance Technicians, HVAC Technicians, Residential Repair Specialists, and Skilled Multi-Trade Independent Contractors to provide reliable repair and maintenance services throughout the Maumee, Ohio area and surrounding communities.

Contractors will perform a wide range of property maintenance, handyman repairs, HVAC services, troubleshooting, and residential/commercial improvement projects.
The ideal contractor should be comfortable working independently, diagnosing problems, communicating with customers, documenting completed work, and completing repairs according to professional standards.
Contractors may receive work orders involving:
Drywall repair, patching, and wall restoration
Interior and exterior property repairs
Door installation, adjustment, and repair
Lock, handle, and hardware replacement
Cabinet repair and installation
Shelving and mounting services
Carpentry repairs
Trim and molding repair
Painting and touch-up work
Flooring repair and minor installation
Caulking and sealing
Preventive maintenance services
Property inspections
Punch-list completion
Property make-ready services
General residential maintenance
Minor construction and repair projects
Faucet repair and replacement
Toilet repair and installation
Garbage disposal replacement
Sink repair and installation
Supply-line replacement
Minor water-leak repairs

Experience with central air conditioning, heat pumps, mini-splits, and residential HVAC systems is preferred.
Successful contractors will be expected to:
Diagnose issues accurately
Complete approved repairs professionally and efficiently
Perform residential and commercial service calls
Provide excellent customer service
Take clear and detailed photos before, during, and after work
Document the condition of the property and completed repairs
Submit accurate job notes and estimates
Provide detailed completion reports
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Complete digital work orders accurately and on time
Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
Follow company procedures and client requirements
Maintain professional workmanship and job-site standards
Applicants should have:
2 years of experience in handyman, property maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related trades preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Own professional hand tools
Smartphone with reliable internet access
Ability to take and upload job photos
Ability to complete digital work orders
Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of Maumee, OH
