Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in solving problems and keeping a community running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home for our residents.
From electrical and plumbing repairs to appliance troubleshooting and apartment make-readies, every day brings something new. If you’re dependable, hands-on, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot problems and identify effective repair solutions
Perform routine maintenance for residents, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
Prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-ins
Complete work safely and in compliance with company safety standards
Keep accurate records of maintenance work and service requests
Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests
Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive resident experience
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar position
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of plumbing, appliances, and general apartment maintenance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A dependable, team-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lift, stand, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks
Reliable transportation and your own basic tools
Need additional tools? We can assist with tool purchases when necessary.
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
