We're seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join the opening team at our stunning new 276-unit luxury waterfront community located directly on the Columbia River in Washougal, Washington.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new Class A lease-up property from the ground up. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in preparing the community for opening, establishing maintenance operations, and ensuring an exceptional living experience for our future residents.
Target Start Date: Late November / Early December 2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $33.00 - $35.00

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the community and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Lead and support maintenance team members while providing hands-on assistance with service requests, troubleshooting, and repairs
Coordinate apartment turns, move-in readiness, and punch-list completion during the lease-up period
Perform and oversee general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry
Establish and maintain preventative maintenance programs and operational procedures for the new community
Ensure the property's amenities, common areas, grounds, and building systems are maintained to Class A standards
Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted maintenance services as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and local building codes
Respond professionally to resident concerns and help promote resident satisfaction and retention
Participate in a rotating 24-hour emergency on-call schedule
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience, including experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance
Experience overseeing maintenance operations in multifamily housing preferred
Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and lead by example
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
EPA Certification preferred
Valid driver's license required
QualificationsLanguage Requirement
All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
