Property Management Internship - Summer 2027

Management Services Corporation (MSC), one of The Caton Companies, is one of Virginia's leading property management companies.  We are seeking full time Summer Property Management Interns for 2027.  The work of The Caton Companies is work that matters to our communities and to society. Our Internship Program allows students to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of property management, including leasing, marketing, property management, and maintenance.

• Exposure to a variety of situations and conditions normally experienced on the job.
• A setting in which the faculty and employer may evaluate the student's academic preparation and their ability to handle professional responsibilities.
• An opportunity for the student to develop and evaluate their career path in the property management industry.
• Opportunities for involvement in marketing, management, and maintenance by actively participating in daily operations, special projects, and staff meetings.

The Summer Property Management Internship is open to active college students pursuing a degree in Property Management or similar.  This paid position is for the summer of 2026.  Students will work full time hours, and schedules will be negotiated at hire.
