No property management experience? That’s okay. We’re looking for someone who can connect with prospective residents, deliver a great customer experience, and help turn interest into signed leases.

Why This Role Matters
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll help drive the success of the community by:
- Connecting with prospective residents and helping them find the right apartment home
- Conducting property tours and following up with prospects
- Guiding applicants through the leasing and move-in process
- Building positive relationships with current residents
- Partnering with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly
- Supporting occupancy, leasing, and overall property performance

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Entry-level friendly — prior leasing or property management experience is welcomed, but not required
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, or office experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable talking with prospects, giving tours, following up, and asking for the sale
- Ability to commute to and around the property and successfully complete a background check
- Availability to work a full-time schedule: 4 weekdays (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) most Saturdays (10 AM–4 PM)
