Smartland is looking for an experienced, results-driven Property Manager to lead a 120 unit residential portfolio in Columbus, Ohio.
This is a leadership position for someone who can drive strong occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and team performance while helping protect and grow the value of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and hold leasing and maintenance teams accountable
- Drive occupancy, leasing, and collections performance
- Oversee unit turns and maintenance operations
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance
- Build strong resident relationships and improve retention
- Identify issues quickly and take action to improve results
Qualifications
- 2 years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Experience managing leasing and maintenance teams
- Strong understanding of budgets, KPIs, and property performance
- Organized, decisive, and results-oriented
Schedule
Monday–Friday | Occasional evenings/weekends
Compensation
$80,000 base salary
Performance incentives bringing total compensation up to and over $100,000
