Universe Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of apartment maintenance/make-ready experience.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance requests and apartment repairs
- Prepare market-ready units and complete apartment turns
- Perform plumbing, painting, appliance repairs, and general maintenance
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and property cleanliness
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
- Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance/make-ready experience
- Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
