Service Technician – Gray Haven Townhomes
Location: Dundalk, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $25/hour (based on experience)
As a Service Technician at WPM, your primary responsibilities will include responding to maintenance work orders, conducting preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Perform HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Repair and maintain appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Hang, prep, and sand drywall
- Paint apartment units and common areas
- Maintain grounds, ensuring safety and cleanliness
- Assist with snow removal as needed
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
✅ Qualifications:
- Demonstrated skills in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in residential property maintenance
- Must be available for on-call emergencies (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifting up to 85 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
