RBM Management is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Assistant Property Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional who is looking to grow their career in property management while working alongside an experienced team in a thriving apartment community.

What You'll Do

• Tour apartment homes and showcase the community to prospective residents
• Build relationships with prospects and residents through exceptional customer service
• Assist with application processing and leasing administration
• Prepare move-in documentation and ensure a seamless resident experience
• Support day-to-day community operations
• Assist with resident retention and satisfaction initiatives
• Ensure Fair Housing guidelines are followed in all aspects of the leasing process

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of apartment industry or leasing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Weekend availability required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws or the ability to learn and apply them quickly
• Proven success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or leasing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
