As a Maintenance Trades Specialist with Landings Management, LLC, you’ll keep our apartment communities in North Kingstown, RI running at their best — and you’ll do it alongside a solid team who’s got your back.
This is a hands-on, trade-heavy role where your skills show. You’ll handle the kind of work that matters: apartment turns and renovations, work orders, preventative maintenance, and everything in between. No two days are the same, and the breadth of work means you’ll stay sharp across multiple trades.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, crouching, and working in all weather conditions.
