Who Are You?
You are an experienced, self-directed maintenance professional who is comfortable taking ownership of an assigned building and working with minimal day-to-day supervision.
As the primary Maintenance Technician supporting our Assisted Living community, you will often be working independently. You can assess a maintenance issue, determine the appropriate course of action, prioritize competing needs, and complete quality work without needing constant direction.

You understand that in senior living, maintenance isn't just about fixing things—it's about maintaining a safe, reliable, and welcoming home for the people who live here.
