Support Leasing & Marketing: Understand your competitive market, identify opportunities, and work alongside your leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Partner with Maintenance: Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure work orders, make-readies, curb appeal, preventive maintenance, and property standards consistently meet expectations.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure the community operates in accordance with Fair Housing requirements, landlord/tenant laws, lease requirements, and LUMA policies and procedures.
Lead by Example: Be visible, engaged, solutions-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help your team and community succeed.
