About the Role:
The Leasing Associate plays a critical role in the property management team by facilitating the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience for prospective and current residents. This position is responsible for marketing available rental properties, conducting property tours, and effectively communicating lease terms and policies. The Leasing Associate serves as a primary point of contact for inquiries, applications, and lease renewals, helping to maintain high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction. By managing administrative tasks related to leasing and collaborating with maintenance and management teams, this role supports the overall operational efficiency of the property. Ultimately, the Leasing Associate contributes to the financial success and reputation of the property by securing qualified tenants and fostering strong community relations.
