Are you passionate about helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment? Richdale Apartments is seeking a dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our four luxury apartment communities in the Minneapolis area.
Our Maintenance Technicians are an important part of our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work and commitment.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified out-of-state candidates.
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will help maintain our luxury apartment communities and provide excellent service to our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and work orders.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and pool-related issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Identify and immediately address hazardous or unsafe conditions.
- Deliver resident communications and notices as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
- Assist with maintaining property standards during seasonal weather conditions.
- Work directly with residents, vendors, contractors, and management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Compensation
- Non-HVAC Certified: $25–$30/hour
- HVAC Certified: $28–$35/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
- HVAC certification preferred; boiler license is a plus.
- Training opportunities are available for motivated candidates.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work professionally with residents, vendors, contractors, and management.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
