Property Manager of Permanent Supportive Housing

The YWCA Greater Cleveland is looking for a Property Manager of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) to oversee affordable housing communities at Independence Place on Prospect and Cogswell Hall on Franklin.
This is more than a traditional property management position. You'll help create safe, stable, and welcoming housing environments while building positive relationships with tenants, supportive service providers, community partners, and staff. If you are an organized, compassionate professional who understands that housing stability is an important foundation for individuals to thrive, we'd love to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
We're especially interested in candidates who bring strong organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable working independently, making sound decisions, resolving conflicts, and working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Yardi, or OnBase is helpful.
What You Can Expect
This role is based at two YWCA Greater Cleveland PSH properties and requires approximately 25% travel, along with occasional evening or weekend events. A valid Ohio driver's license, good driving record, proof of insurance, and reliable personal vehicle are required.
