Links at Fayetteville - Full time Groundskeeper

We are seeking a Full - Time Groundskeeper to assist with the upkeep of our beautiful apartment community, The Links at Fayetteville!

In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in maintaining our community grounds. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day!

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and other community buildings

• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community on a daily basis

• Operate and maintain garden and landscaping equipment, such as weed and hedge trimmers

• Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing, covering outdoor furniture, typing down unsecured items, preparing sidewalks for snow, etc.

• Ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance of apartment grounds exceeds resident expectations

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, and snow removal
• Ability to safety operate landscaping equipment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to identify and prioritize tasks based on urgency
