The Floating Community Manager is a premier leadership role for an accomplished Community Manager who demonstrates operational excellence, develops high-performing teams, and delivers an exceptional resident experience.
You'll begin by leading one of Rutherford Management Company's flagship North Bay communities as the Community Manager for approximately 60-90 days, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships, learn Rutherford's culture, and establish operational leadership.
Following this assignment, you'll transition into supporting communities throughout Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Marin. Partnering closely with Regional Managers, you'll provide leadership coverage, guide community transitions, mentor onsite teams, support special projects, and share operational best practices across the portfolio.

Yes. This position requires travel between North Bay communities as business needs arise. Mileage reimbursement is provided according to company policy.
