Experienced Apartment Property Manager - Ramsgate Apartments & Townhomes

Living Well Homes is currently looking for an experienced, full time apartment Property Manager to oversee one of our beautiful properties in Kansas. We are looking for a highly motivated, polished individual with proven success in property management as well as renovation experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3 years of Property Manager experience (required)
• Renovation experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Enhanced negotiation abilities
• Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, direct and support a team of employees including Assistant Managers, Leasing Agents, and a Maintenance Team.
• Advertise units and negotiate lease terms
• Perform tenant screenings
• Act as liaison between tenants and property owners
• Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
• Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, contracting landscaping and snow removal companies and enforcing rules of occupancy
• Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Supervisor
