· Position: Leasing Associate
· Location: Meridian Pointe, Tampa, FL, our 360-unit affordable community in the Tampa/East Hillsborough area

📋 What You Will Do
· Be the first impression of our community by managing all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins, with energy and professionalism
· Communicate knowledgeably and enthusiastically about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
· Create and distribute creative marketing materials that make Meridian Pointe stand out
· Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospects and residents
· Thrive in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
· Bring high-energy sales skills and excellent closing ability to every interaction
· Read the room and adapt your approach to meet the unique needs and personality of each prospect
✅ What You Bring
Education
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
Experience
· Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience, with mid-rise experience preferred
· Proficiency in Yardi software products is a plus
Skills and Certifications
· Proven phone sales and customer service skills that close deals
· A strong work ethic and genuine passion for helping people
· A responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude every single day
· Sharp attention to detail and excellent follow-up techniques
· A performance-driven mindset with a love for growth and change
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be counted on
· A professional demeanor and a personable, welcoming phone presence
· The ability to thrive in a customer-focused, collaborative team environment
· Valid Driver's License required
