Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Experience with general repairs, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and unit turns
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- On-site living is not required
