Our ideal candidate will have one to two years of prior apartment leasing experience, exceptional professionalism, a strong closing ratio, and superb customer service skills. If you don’t have previous experience with apartments, but have transferable skills and a commitment to learn a new industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We will train! As a Leasing Specialist, your responsibilities will include engaging potential residents, conducting property tours, and building strong relationships with clients to convert interest into signed leases. Responsibilities Present apartments/facilities to prospective tenants in a friendly and persuasive manner Assist in discovering suitable tenants Phone, email, and in person correspondence Promote unoccupied units via social media and advertising platforms Provide accurate information on the different features of units and facilities Validate application information and references QualificationsSchedule: 8 hour shift Weekends as needed   Skills / Experience: Property Management: 2 year (Preferred) Excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Products AppFolio experience is a plus   License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
