RLC can earn between $6K-$20K in bonus potential, competitive pay $40K- $52K based on experience, and mileage for local travel in SW Houston and Spring Branch areas, must have a valid Texas driver’s license.
Job Summary:
The Regional Leasing Consultant assists with finding new residents for our residential Communities across an assigned region. They handle the preparation, negotiation and executing of lease documents and provide excellent customer service for existing residents. They are equipped to lease regardless of their physical location by effectively utilizing their team members, technology, the Internet, Socials, email, phone communication, and our management platform, RealPage, to engage with, sell to, and provide exceptional customer service for residents and prospects alike. Their responsibilities include showing apartments to prospects, leasing apartments to qualified applicants, and renewing leases for current residents. Additionally, they assist the manager with tasks such as executing make-readies, collecting rent, and addressing other property-related matters, as well as providing leasing support to other properties when necessary. They proactively focus on contacting current residents nearing the end of their lease terms, negotiate lease renewals, retain existing residents, and ensure smooth transitions to new lease agreement. This position reports directly to an assigned Regional Manager, with a secondary reporting line to a Property Manager based on community support.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or GED
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of leasing experience in the multifamily industry and sales
License/Certification(s): Valid state driver’s license

Principal Responsibilities:
Generates and manages prospective resident leads, ensuring accurate and detailed records by inputting the relevant information into the property management software, Real Page.
Engage with all prospective residents daily through phone calls, personalized letters, text messaging, and emails to ensure prompt follow-up and consistent lead management.
Transforms potential phone, email, or text prospects into scheduled appointments for community tours.
Screens prospective residents to ensure they meet rental eligibility requirements, assist with completing their applications, and verify application documentation.
Utilizes strong sales skills to close qualified prospects and secure applications that lead to lease agreements, supporting occupancy and revenue goals.
Inspect apartment homes prior to move-in/out and ensure apartments are in move-in condition by coordinating move-in/out needs and schedules with the Maintenance team in compliance with all company procedures.
Monitors resident renewal trends and proactively contacts resident approaching lease expiration to drive renewals, retention, and revenue growth.
Develops and manages promotions and discounts, advertises available units, conducts property tours, and supports corporate outreach and marketing initiatives across multiple sites.
Collaborate with the property manager and team members to support occupancy performance, resident retention strategies and community revenue goals.
Examine property conditions regularly and reports maintenance or operational concerns that may impact resident satisfaction or leasing performance.
Organizes and partakes in community engagement efforts that support resident retention and community satisfaction, with a focus on measurable impact.
Provides assistance to other properties with revenue generation tasks as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
