Service Technician – HVAC Certified a plus!
Location: Baltimore, MD
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Hourly Rate: $23.00 (Pay based on experience and certifications) Phone allowance
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring apartments are move-in ready. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to uphold our standards of safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (HVAC certification required)
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Hang, prep, and sand drywall
- Repair and maintain appliances
- Paint apartments and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across the property
- Assist with snow removal as needed
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in residential or property maintenance
- Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 85 lbs
- Must be available for on-call emergency coverage
