Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate (Government Portfolio)
Location: Chicago Area (Southwest Suburbs), IL — Onsite, 3–4 days/week

You'll manage a portfolio of 12 commercial buildings, each with a single government tenant, and become the go-to person who keeps those tenants happy, those buildings running, and those vendor relationships tight!
You'll join a five-person PM team in a collaborative, in-office environment, working directly with firm leadership.
Compensation & Perks
- $70,000–$85,000 base salary

Requirements
- 5–7 years of commercial property management experience
- Strong relationship-builder — comfortable managing tenant and vendor relationships remotely via phone and video
- Polished, professional presence — comfortable representing the company to government clientele
- Clear, concise communicator (this role prioritizes conversation quality above all else)
- Government property management experience a plus, but not required
- Real estate license not required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- This position is based onsite and is not eligible for remote work
