Maintaining tools and equipment in clean, safe, working condition
Providing regular updates to maintenance and program leadership
Traveling between CVI locations as needed
Participating in shared on-call duties and responding to maintenance emergencies
What Success Looks Like
You’ll help keep maintenance work moving with at least 90% of assigned tasks completed on time, strong participation in preventive maintenance, full compliance with safety and tool-care requirements, reliable attendance, and growing proficiency in Buildium.
Physical and Work Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position performed indoors and outdoors across multiple locations and in varying weather conditions. The role requires prolonged standing and walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and working in tight or elevated spaces. Candidates must be able to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds.
