About the Role:
MCP is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Maintenance Technician / Hands-On Supervisor to join our team in Indian Orchard, MA. This is a dynamic role where you'll lead by example — getting your hands dirty alongside your crew while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial maintenance repairs
- Lead and assist maintenance technicians in the field
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general maintenance issues
- Complete apartment turnovers and property inspections
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator on daily work orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Assist with seasonal work. Snow removal, landscaping, fall cleanup.
