Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis at Sage Luxury Apartments located in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping prospective residents find their perfect home. Excellent potential with a lease bonus structure available.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities.
• Process rental applications and lease agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leasing policies, procedures, and community offerings.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a related leasing/sales role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible hours to accommodate community needs and prospective resident availability. Weekend availability required.
