What You'll Do:
- Complete maintenance work orders and emergency repairs
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs
- Conduct property inspections and maintain safety standards
What You'll Need:
- 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience (HVAC certification is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely use maintenance tools
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
