Join our 160-unit East Brunswick community, where you'll partner closely with a Senior Service Manager. If you're experienced in HVAC and plumbing, enjoy troubleshooting, and take ownership of your work, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience by maintaining the quality and safety of our community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshoot and complete service requests with a strong emphasis on HVAC, plumbing, drywall, and carpentry repairs.
• Complete apartment turns (make-readies), preventative maintenance, and routine property maintenance.
• Maintain the interior and exterior of the community to company standards and safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with residents and office team members while providing outstanding customer service.
• Partner with your maintenance team to identify issues proactively and contribute to efficient daily operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Rotating paid on-call schedule required
• Availability for emergency maintenance when scheduled
• Schedule may vary based on business needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on HVAC and plumbing experience required
• Experience with drywall, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to prioritize work orders and apartment turns in a fast-paced environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to commute within 30 minutes of East Brunswick, NJ
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience or equivalent hands-on training
• EPA/HVAC Certification preferred
