We're hiring a Leasing Professional at RISE St. Augustine — a brand-new Build-to-Rent community where you'll have the opportunity to introduce residents to a completely new way of living. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Greeting prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conducting personalized community and home tours
- Building rapport and identifying each prospect's needs
- Following up with prospects through calls, emails, and text communication
- Converting leads into applications and signed leases
- Maintaining accurate records and prospect communication within company systems
- Supporting resident retention and renewal initiatives
- Assisting with marketing, outreach, and community events
- Maintaining knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
- Helping create a welcoming, professional leasing environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping people
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Property management experience is a plus, but not required
