We are currently seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at one of our luxury apartment communities. This is a full-time, on-site position (39 hours per week.)
Position Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct personalized community and apartment tours.
- Present the features, amenities, and benefits of the community while matching residents with the home that best fits their needs.
- Prepare and process lease agreements and related documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current residents by responding to inquiries and assisting with service requests.
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident records using property management software.
- Stay informed about local market conditions and competitive communities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Assist with resident retention initiatives and community events as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is required.
- Residential leasing or property management experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position working five days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday.
Hours - 39 hours/week
- Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Three weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM
