Association Manager (LCAM) – Large-Scale HOA Community

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed
Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee the operations of a large-scale
HOA community consisting of more than 1,000 single-family homes, extensive
clubhouse amenities, and tennis facilities.
This is a high-visibility leadership role ideal for
a seasoned HOA professional with strong operational expertise, excellent
leadership abilities, and a proven background in construction oversight,
capital projects, and large-community management.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized,
solution-oriented, and capable of successfully managing multiple departments,
vendors, projects, and resident relations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between
the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and staff
- Oversee the full day-to-day
operations of the community and recreational facilities
- Manage onsite staff, contractors,
and third-party vendors
- Lead and oversee construction
projects, capital improvements, and maintenance initiatives
- Assist the Board in achieving
operational, financial, and long-term community goals
- Prepare and manage budgets,
financial reporting, reserve planning, and vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with Florida HOA
laws, governing documents, and association policies
- Coordinate board meetings, community
communications, and project updates
- Maintain high standards for
community appearance, operations, and resident satisfaction
- Handle escalated resident concerns
with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Active Florida CAM License REQUIRED
- Minimum 3 years of HOA/community
association management experience REQUIRED
- Strong construction, project
management, or capital improvement experience REQUIRED
- Experience managing large-scale
communities preferred
- Strong knowledge of Florida HOA laws
and association operations
- Excellent leadership, communication,
organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple
priorities and lead teams effectively
- Professional, confident, and
service-oriented demeanor
