Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance duties necessary to maintain the physical condition and appearance of multiple properties while utilizing company operating and safety standards. The candidate also ensures that service requests and minor repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
The candidate should exemplify the Company values of Risk Taking, Open and Courageous Communication, and Emotional Maturity by raising issues immediately and concisely with appropriate recommended actions.

Position Type: Full-Time, plus On-Call Hours
Reports to: Lead Commercial Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Day shift; Monday to Friday; On call nights and weekends
The target salary for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including level of experience and expertise and may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits such as 401k or insurance coverage.
