Location: Live Onsite at 1625 Redondo Ave, Long Beach, CA 90804
Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour $150 Monthly Auto Allowance
Housing: 1 Bed / 1 Bath Apartment Included (Employee Rent: $677/month)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Beach Front Property Management is seeking a hands-on District Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 82 units across 4 apartment communities in Long Beach.
This position requires living onsite at our Redondo Avenue community while providing operational oversight, resident support, leasing assistance, and property management services throughout the assigned Long Beach portfolio.
