In this role, maintenance/inspection helper position involves supporting technicians with daily equipment checks, yard tasks, and oilfield tool maintenance. Helpers are foundational to the facility, assisting with equipment diagnostics, cleaning.   Key Responsibilities ************ This will be at a Robstown Location *************** Also must have Meta guard steel toe boots***** Equipment Assistance: Support operators and technicians with testing, servicing, and repairing inspection equipment and facility machines.  Yard & Maintenance Tasks: Assist in general yard work, buffing, grinding, and torching tools to bring them back to service standards.  Safety & Compliance: Strictly comply with company and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies, maintaining high-quality awareness on-site. Skill Development: Gain practical knowledge of oilfield services and complete corporate training classes to advance. Inventory & Prep: Help load/unload gear, track inventory, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. QualificationsQualifications Physical Capability: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and work in potentially dirty, noisy, and outdoor industrial conditions. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, though entry-level candidates often undergo on-the-job training. Requirements: Often requires passing background checks and drug screenings.
