What You’ll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of our One41 Wellington property, delivering top-notch service and driving results. Your responsibilities will include:
Engage with prospective residents, showcasing our properties with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Conduct onsite tours, answer questions, and provide a seamless leasing experience.
Maximize rental rates by leasing units efficiently through effective showings and follow-up strategies.
Serve as the go-to contact for prospects, delivering accurate and timely information to ensure a positive experience.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a driven, organized, and positive team player who’s ready to make an impact. The ideal candidate brings:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: Sales experience required; leasing experience is a plus.
Skills: Stellar organizational and time management abilities, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
