Position Title: Bilingual Leasing Consultant
Location: Estates at East Riverside - 1300 Crossing Place, Austin TX 78741
Pay Range: $20-$21 per hour Leasing & Renewal Commissions
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
Schedule/Hours: 40 hours per week; weekends and holidays required

This position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: the first half on the payroll cycle following the employee's 90th day of employment, and the second half on the payroll cycle following the employee's 180th day of employment.
