Maintenance Technician-Woodwinds Apartments

We’re looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician who brings more than just tools to the job. We want someone who shows up with a positive attitude, takes pride in their work, and knows how to turn a service request into a great resident experience.

At Woodwinds, maintenance isn’t just about repairs—it’s about reliability, quality, and making our community feel like home.

What you’ll be doing:

• Tackling service requests with efficiency and care
• Completing apartment turns/punch work to get homes move-in ready
• Handling general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Supporting pool operations
• Assisting with snow removal when needed

What you bring to the table:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience (required)
• HVAC certification (required)
• CPO certification (preferred)
• A strong work ethic and a true “can-do” mindset
• Customer-service focus—you know how to work with residents, not just units
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday with on-call and weekend availability required
