A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT INCLUDE
Conducting property audits across communities and implementing corrective action plans
Reviewing monthly operating statements and drilling into variance reports with on-site teams
Escalating and resolving lease disputes, collections issues, or compliance gaps
Partnering with the Director of Property Management on company-wide initiatives and personnel decisions
Acting as the single point of escalation for all regional and on-site teams in the Director’s absence
Overseeing COI compliance for vendors, contractors, and tenants across the multifamily portfolio
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 5–8 years of progressive multifamily property management experience, including at least 2 years in a regional, multi-site, or senior operational leadership role

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and hold accountable a geographically dispersed team

Sound judgment across a wide range of operational situations and property types
