POSITION PURPOSE FOR A LEASING SPECIALIST The Leasing Specialist is responsible for generating traffic, securing appointments, and maximizing rentals by assisting in the total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs of the property to create a unique guest experience. The Leasing Specialist participates in the presentation and monitoring of a market ready product, and performs all administrative duties related to the on-site sales/marketing functions. Additionally, the Leasing Specialist is responsible for providing quality customer service relations as it might relate to service requests and assisting in providing a quality living environment for the residents. This position reports to the Property Manager and Assistant Manager. This position has a bonus potential of 3%. - Communicator: Open, articulate and pro-active in discussing issues and sharing information.
