Ideal candidates should have five years experience in property managemen and should have a general understanding of business principles. -A minimum of 5 years managerial experience within the apartment industry.
-Has general knowledge of residential/property management laws/guidelines (tenant/Landlord Act, evictions, and credit checks).
-Is detailed oriented.
-Has good written and verbal communication skills.
-Has good people skills, including patience.
-Has good organizational skills.
-Has ability to work independently, problem-solve and make decisions.
-Extensive Knowledge in Yardi
Must be able to work weekends.
Yardi Voyager Helpful.
Must be able to work well with others - Team Player!
Managers - prefer 3 years experience.
Leasing Agents - customer service experience.
High School Diploma
