Leasing and Customer Service Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION
We will look to your as our Leasing &Customer Service Consultant to challenge convention and create memorable leasing and customer service experiences for our customers as this is the foundation of our business and we look to our LCs to lead by example.
The LC is responsible for conducting market studies, creating and implementing marketing plans, placing ads to generate traffic, securing appointments, and maximizing rentals. Additionally, this position is responsible for providing quality customer service relations as it might relate to service requests and assisting in providing a quality living environment for the residents
Required Qualifications Skills &Experience:
- One to two years’ experience in sales related positions. Prior property management experience preferred.
- High school or equivalent education required.
- Strong passion for competitively leasing apartments in a customer service focused environment.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Basic computer skills and typing skills are required
