RESPONSIBILITIES: The Associate will be an integral member of the Finance/Investor Relations team with significant accountability for financial analysis, presentation building and management of investor relations schedule. Specific responsibilities will include:
Responsible for aggregating financial data across teams to provide financial analysis for external messaging
Coordinate and support the Investor Relations department in analysis and presentations for both internal and external constituents
Coordinate, manage, and support the investor relations schedule for earnings, conferences, and other pertinent dates
QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have a high growth potential with a proven track record in the following:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or comparable experience, real estate industry experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, attention to detail and accuracy, written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and effective collaborative working style
Bachelor’s degree from top-tier university/college, CFA or other advance degree a plus
