  • Predevelopment Services: Provide consulting services for dozens of 3rd party Greystar clients and assets. Services include: Market analysis, developing unit mixes, creating pricing structures, amenity and service offering recommendations, unit finishes and layout consultation, reviews of logistical operations factors, in-person site walks, development and implementation of new ideas and profit centers.
  • New Business Development: Develop case studies and visual presentations for RFP’s and proposals. Participate in new business pitches when development services are anticipated.
  • Task Planning: Develop timelines and manage asset roll out from client recruitment through initial lease up. Responsible for communicating and managing accountability for stakeholders during those stages including creating and presenting start up budgets, absorption schedules, and pricing models to key clients.
  • Relationship Management: Research and negotiate partnerships with technology and service providers in the development space. Maintain those relationships and leverage that proximity when need arises.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Responsible for the TaskRay project process for all transitions within New England.
  • Marketing and Production: Digitally produce client presentations, email campaigns, and collateral for current and developing business across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Develop visually appealing inspiration boards for key unit features and building amenities.
  • Research and Reporting: Regularly compile data analysis in new markets, research internal and external assets and policies on development related topics and provide analysis and recommendations based on findings to leadership and client contacts.

Supports and manages the development and implementations of programs, initiatives, and activities that drive the operational and financial performance of the Company’s property management portfolio, and works with real estate operators and the business and functional leaders to introduce and sustain best practices and process improvements at the property level.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manages and supports the development and implementation of strategies, programs, and initiatives that drive operational excellence and standardization by creating and defining processes, procedures, tools, policies, communication, and metrics, and managing compliance with the Company’s operating policies and procedures. 
  • Provides input into operating policies and procedures that promote best practices and standardization across the Company’s real estate portfolio, and assists in developing and implementing training, tools, and systems that ensures the integration of best practices into the operation of the property portfolio. 
  • Gathers feedback and data to effectively evaluate the operating and business performance of real estate operations against established metrics and measures by soliciting management, client, and team member feedback, and leading and participating in briefings and other meetings to generate ideas for improving operating performance. 
  • Consults with and provides advice to real estate leaders on topics related to operational strategy, and provide input to decisions that address questions, concerns, and issues related to business operations. 
  • Coordinates work activities and acts as the key point of contact with various departments and team members, vendors, consultants, and others as needed to lead project meetings, promote open communication, keep business leaders informed of progress, and follow up as required to ensure assigned tasks are completed.  
  • Oversees pilots and projects related to proposed new processes and operating systems by creating detailed project and communication plans, proposing and justifying required resources, managing the daily project-related activities, and following through to project completion. 
  • Communicates with and supports the business leaders and the Company’s real estate and support groups to resolve service and performance level issues, provide input for process improvement, and support strategic initiatives that enhance the products, services, and overall effectiveness of real estate operations. 
  • Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
