JOB DESCRIPTION
Brand Strategy and Development
Partner with internal teams to support brand creation initiatives:
Understand product and consumer value proposition, work with key business leaders to establish and continually refine
Identify target audiences and build knowledge base on these consumers
Develop briefs to guide creative design work
Build brands to align with strategy and business need
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand playbooks, and materials to communicate the brand strategy to internal stakeholders, investors, and consumers
Work with Brand, Creative, and Marketing to coordinate efforts among internal teams to ensure timely development and delivery of materials to support asset-level marketing activities
Coordinate oversight of brand, developing guidelines to ensure consistency
Insights and Brand Health Tracking
Partners with across internal teams and stakeholders to design consumer insights surveys, collect and share relevant consumer insights to inform various parts of the business
Design and implement primary consumer research in partnership with external vendors
Analyze and provide reporting of consumer research to inform brand development and other business needs
Maintain brand health tracker on an annual cadence, deploying national survey and analyzing results to monitor trends and progress over time
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with and present to multiple levels of seniority, from junior to senior executives, and drive toward consensus and solutions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze, summarize, and present consumer survey data
Ability to work independently in a cross-functional team environment
Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with consumer survey design, sampling, and analysis preferred
Ability to generate working hypotheses based on existing data and refine said hypotheses as new data emerges
Working knowledge of Qualtrics survey platform – survey coding, deployment, and output analysis – preferred
Prior experience in developing and launching new brands a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent education, training, and experience from which comparable skills, abilities and knowledge was acquired.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
