Ensures the on-time and on-budget completion of assigned construction and new development projects by managing the construction, manpower, financial, and safety, and reporting activities associated with the projects.


Coordinates the executionof the activitiesassociated with development and new constructionprojects by reviewingblueprints and specifications,inspecting work and overseeingcontractors to ensurespecifications and safetymeasures are met, and troubleshooting and resolvingissues to ensure an on-time and on-budget completionofwork.

Monitors and manages the projectbudgetby reviewing, reconciling, and approving vendor and contractorinvoices, reviewing and analyzing financialstatements and spending, reporting financial resource needs and issues, and complying the Company’s policies and procedures related to budgeting.

Develops, executes, and manages the projecttimetable and completionschedulebyprioritizing tasks, accounting for anticipated and unanticipated delays to weather or changes to specifications and plans, and makes recommendations to resolve delay issues.

Supervises and oversees work performed at the construction site bymonitoringcontractors and manpower, inspectingcompleted work for compliance with safetystandards and plan specifications,adjustingstaffinglevelsas needed to stay on schedule and within budget, and addressing and resolvingissuesthatimpede progress.

Provides regular updates on the progressofconstructionprojects to keybusinessleaders,equitypartners, and other contactsaffiliated with the projectsby preparing routine reports and other communications, and responds to requests for information,concerns, or questions about specificaspects of assignedprojectsin a timely fashion.

Assistsin assembling the onsite construction team byselecting and assigning team members, engaging contractors and sub-contractors, and by managingtheir performance in accordance with Company policies,values, and businesspractices.

Completesvarious human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or asnecessary.
